Company Overview

Harrell Dunston Properties, Inc. is a small company which operates within 3 areas of business activity which complement each other. First, there is the day to day construction work which the Company performs for it’s customers. Second, there is the property ownership and rental home operations of the Company. Thirdly, the Company invests it’s discretionary funds derived from the first two business activities into Standard and Poor’s 500 - type common stocks for long-term growth.

The Company was incorporated in 2003, has 69 shareholders, and assets of over $ 250,000.00. It’s common shares are privately held and there is no public market for the shares at this time. However, there are occasional share purchases and sales both by the Company itself and from shareholder to shareholder. The Company is presently in the process of accomplishing legal and accounting actions which should help develop more robust trading acitivities and a better future stock price for the Company’s shareholders.

In the future, as a public market for our shares develops, the Company intends for it’s thrust of business activity to be operating as a very willing buyer of real estate using our Common Shares to purchase properties as opportunities present themselves. The Company has purchased 2 properties in such a manner in the past as well as using it’s shares like money in other situations to complement it financial dealings.

Eventually, we hope to be a national player in the real estate and financial industry -- a very large fund for the disposal of real estate while an avid purchaser of Common Shares of successful companies.
